About McDowell Mountain Golf Club
McDowell Mountain Golf Club offers all of the luxury and charm of a North Scottsdale event venue, without the high cost and grandiose food and beverage minimums associated with other area resorts and golf clubs. Our event space is private and not shared. You will never to have worry about being outdone by a larger event or sharing an air wall with another party that has a 10-piece band. We offer custom menus, as well as all-inclusive packages to help ensure stress-free planning of your special day.

Palo Verde Ballroom & Event Lawn Details
Our Palo Verde Ballroom opens out to the beautiful Event Lawn which is set against the Sonoran Desert backdrop with stunning views of the McDowell Mountains, City Lights and Spectacular Sunsets. The Event Lawn can seat up to 200 people and the Palo Verde Ballroom can seat up to 150 people. Both spaces can be used in conjunction with one another to maximum space. The entire South wall of the Palo Verde Ballroom opens outside to the lawn and the West side opens to a covered patio with fireplace and lounge seating. We have a magnificent indoor/outdoor bar on the Mesquite Patio which accents the indoor event space beautifully.
Game Lawn
For our more casual or intimate affairs, we offer our Game Lawn on the Northwest side of the property. This is the perfect space for bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, cookouts and more! The Game Lawn is perfect for groups of 10-90 people.

We provide the setup/break down, service staff, linens, and all the basic event necessities at no additional charge.
McDowell Mountain Golf Club offers State of the Art audio visual equipment including a ceiling mounted projector and drop down screen. In addition, the Palo Verde Ballroom boasts 4 flat-screen TV’s that can be used along with the projection screen (perfect if you want to step away from the traditional classroom or theatre style seminar set up). We have an indoor and outdoor 1,000 watt sound system and wireless microphone.
